This project included the entire exterior cladding of the main residence as well as its stand-alone garage, a total of more than 4,000 square feet of exposed surface material. Exposed to the erratic weather patterns of Georgian Bay, defined by intense sun, heavy rain, snow, and high winds, the property needed low-maintenance, long-lasting exterior finishes that would be effective in its defense as well as create a high-end look.
