On May 13 – 19, 2025, Sherak Ltd. successfully completed a detailed exterior renovation on a property located on Moores Beach Rd in Georgina. The focus of this project was the restoration and replacement of critical exterior components, including insulation, siding, soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts, and shingles. Sherak Ltd. recently completed a comprehensive exterior renovation project on a residential property located on Moores Beach Rd in Georgina. This project involved extensive upgrades to both the main house and an adjacent boathouse, improving the home’s overall insulation, aesthetic appeal, and weather resistance. The first phase of the project involved the complete removal of the existing siding. Once the old materials were stripped away, we installed high-quality insulation foam over the entire exterior of the house. This critical step significantly enhances the building’s energy efficiency by minimizing heat loss and helping to maintain consistent indoor temperatures throughout the year. Following the insulation installation, we moved on to applying brand-new siding. The chosen materials were not only durable and low-maintenance but also complemented the home’s architectural style, giving it a fresh and modern appearance. This transformation drastically improved the home’s curb appeal while also reinforcing the building envelope against the elements.
