Sherak Ltd. recently completed a challenging exterior renovation on Highway 27, Nobleton, from March 31 to April 1, 2025. This project focused on repairing and replacing soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts while ensuring the existing gutter system was thoroughly cleaned. 🔹 Difficult Access & Scaffolding Work:This project required scaffolding deployment, and we had to place a ladder on the scaffold to safely access high and hard-to-reach areas. Careful planning and execution were necessary to ensure worker safety and precision. 🔹 Pigeon Infestation:Behind the damaged soffits, we encountered a significant number of pigeons nesting within the structure. The area had to be cleaned, and appropriate measures were taken to ensure a smooth and sanitary installation.
