From May 7th to 9th, 2025, Sherak Ltd. completed a full exterior renovation on a residential property located on District Avenue in Vaughan, Ontario. The project involved the replacement of all soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts, and the installation of pot lights around the entire house. Each element was upgraded with high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship to enhance the home’s durability, efficiency, and curb appeal. We removed and replaced the existing soffit with a new, vented aluminum system to improve attic ventilation and protect the roof structure from moisture buildup. Properly installed soffits are essential for maintaining air circulation in the attic, helping to prevent mold, rot, and ice damming in Canadian winters. The new soffits offer low maintenance and long-lasting performance. The fascia boards were updated with durable aluminum cladding to match the new soffit. Fascia plays a key role in supporting the eavestrough system and protecting the edge of the roof from weather exposure. Our clean and seamless installation also enhances the appearance of the home’s roofline, giving it a more polished and modern look. We installed brand new seamless aluminum eavestroughs to improve rainwater collection and drainage. Over time, old gutters can sag, leak, or clog, leading to water damage around the foundation. Our custom-fit eavestroughs are designed to direct water efficiently away from the home, helping to protect both the exterior and interior from water-related issues.
