Sherak Ltd. successfully completed a full exterior upgrade on Concession Rd 4, Loretto, from March 14-17, 2025. This project focused on replacing key roofing components, including soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts, while preserving and reinstalling the existing leaf guards. ✅ Installation of New Soffits & Fascia:We installed new, durable soffits and fascia to improve the home’s ventilation, protect the roof’s edges, and enhance its overall appearance. High-quality materials were used to ensure long-lasting performance and weather resistance. ✅ New Eavestrough & Downspout Installation:Proper water drainage is essential to protect a home’s foundation and prevent water damage. We replaced the old eavestroughs and downspouts with new, efficient systems designed to direct water away from the property effectively. ✅ Reinstallation of Leaf Guards:To maintain the homeowner’s existing leaf guard system, we carefully reinstalled the old leaf guards onto the newly installed eavestroughs. This helps keep debris out and ensures proper water flow while minimizing maintenance needs.
