How the guarantee works

Pay 90% on completion

When the work is finished we walk the whole project with you. Everything gets reviewed together on site, and 90 percent of the agreed price is due at that point.

Hold the final 10% for three months

You keep the last 10 percent for three months. If anything is not right during that window, we come back and fix it before the balance is ever due.

Pay the rest once you are happy

After three months, once you have lived with the result through real Ontario weather and you are satisfied, the final 10 percent is paid. That is the whole arrangement.
