Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, results driven sales representative. The role covers door to door marketing, lead generation, and customer follow ups to win roofing and exterior work. The right person is energetic, persuasive, and genuinely customer focused, with a knack for explaining our services and guiding homeowners through the process.
Responsibilities
- Door to door lead generation: engage homeowners in targeted neighbourhoods and introduce our roofing and exterior renovation services.
- Customer consultation: assess needs, explain our services in detail, and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow ups and relationship building: stay in touch to convert leads into signed contracts and keep clients informed through the project.
- Estimating and proposals: work with the project team to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Sales targets: meet or exceed monthly goals and contribute to company growth.
- On site support: visit job sites to check progress, answer questions, and confirm customers are happy.
- Marketing support: hand out flyers, promote offers, and represent Sherak professionally in the community.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction sales is a plus, and training is available.
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Self motivated with strong follow up habits.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation is an asset.
- Comfortable with door to door sales and cold calling.
