Sherak Ltd. was called to work on this beautiful, classic home to enhance its durability and aesthetic through a detailed exterior upgrade. The project involved installing new soffit and fascia, custom flashing, and eavestroughs, ensuring both the look and performance of the home were elevated.
Starting with the soffit and fascia, we installed sleek, black components that give the home a modern yet sophisticated appearance. The updated soffit provides essential ventilation for the attic, promoting airflow and protecting the roof’s structure, while the fascia ensures the roofline has a clean, sharp finish.
Next, we worked on custom flashing, a critical component for maintaining the home’s weather resistance.
