Sherak Ltd. recently completed a challenging exterior renovation on Highway 27, Nobleton, from March 31 to April 1, 2025. This project focused on repairing and replacing soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts while ensuring the existing gutter system was thoroughly cleaned.

Scope of Work

✅ Soffit Repair & Replacement:
Some sections of the soffits were removed and replaced, while all damaged soffits were carefully repaired to restore their structural integrity and function.

✅ New Fascia Installation:
We installed brand-new fascia, improving both the aesthetic appeal and weather resistance of the roof’s edge.

✅ Gutter System Upgrade:
✔ New Gutters & Downspouts: We installed new eavestroughs and downspouts to ensure efficient water drainage and prevent potential water damage.
✔ Existing Gutter Cleaning: All the remaining gutters were thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and improve performance.

Project Challenges & Execution

🔹 Difficult Access & Scaffolding Work:
This project required scaffolding deployment, and we had to place a ladder on the scaffold to safely access high and hard-to-reach areas. Careful planning and execution were necessary to ensure worker safety and precision.

🔹 Pigeon Infestation:
Behind the damaged soffits, we encountered a significant number of pigeons nesting within the structure. The area had to be cleaned, and appropriate measures were taken to ensure a smooth and sanitary installation.
