Sherak Ltd. successfully completed a full exterior upgrade on Concession Rd 4, Loretto, from March 14-17, 2025. This project focused on replacing key roofing components, including soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts, while preserving and reinstalling the existing leaf guards.
Scope of Work
✅ Removal of Old Components:
Our team carefully removed all the existing soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, downspouts, and leaf guards to prepare the structure for a complete refresh.
