Job Overview:

Sherak Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and customer follow-ups to secure roofing services. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to educate homeowners about our services and guide them through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

✅ Door-to-Door Lead Generation – Actively engage with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to offer Sherak Ltd.’s roofing and exterior renovation services.
✅ Customer Consultation – Assess potential clients’ needs, provide detailed explanations of our services, and offer tailored solutions.
✅ Follow-Ups & Relationship Building – Maintain strong follow-up habits to convert leads into signed contracts. Stay in touch with clients throughout the project.
✅ Estimating & Proposal Preparation – Collaborate with the project team to provide accurate estimates and proposals.
✅ Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to company growth.
✅ On-Site Inspections & Customer Support – Visit job sites to check on progress, answer client questions, and ensure satisfaction.
✅ Marketing Support & Brand Awareness – Distribute flyers, promote special offers, and represent Sherak Ltd. professionally in the community.

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience in construction sales is a plus (training available).
✔️ Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
✔️ Self-motivated with a strong follow-up attitude.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔️ Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes is an asset.
✔️ Comfortable with door-to-door sales and cold calling.
