About the Role
Sherak Ltd., a leader in roofing and exterior renovation services, is seeking experienced and skilled Roofers to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs, siding, soffit & fascia, eavestrough, etc. for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems, including roofing and siding systems.
- Inspect problem areas and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
- Ensure projects meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely to complete tasks.
- Work at heights while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various materials and techniques.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

About the Role
Sherak Ltd. seeks motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Helpers. In this entry-level role, you will assist installers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for the projects.
- Assist in installing and repairing various types of projects.
- Remove old materials and clean up job sites.
- Transport and organize materials and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Learn and develop skills under the supervision of experienced installers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience is required in a similar role, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
